Another STS this week. It is getting harder to shift, the closer I get to my target 😫8

Hi all, going to go STS this week, will weigh in properly next week. I've been calorie counting, and had a couple of days under calories, but mainly my cals in has = cals out. No booze. Trying to curb snacking - I'm very 'snacky' at the mo :-(
I have managed a few short YouTube Pilates sessions and cardio workouts, and been for a walk most days. But the rain can do one now 🙄, fed up of grey skies.
This week I'm going to really try and up my vegetable intake! Last night was a tofu stirfy with plenty of veg. Same later in the week. Also on the menu is a beany veg tomato pasta bake, with peppers, onion, courgettes and aubergine. And plenty of garlic to try and finally get rid of this lingering lurgy.
Some really good losses this week :-) Hope y'all have a good one!7 -
Well done, Dundeedoll.
Food today:
1 1/2 slices of toast with marmite
1x pitta with SF chicken strips, pickled ginger and a little mayo and a salad
Snacks - fruit, yoghurt
Glad its near the end of the month as I'm itching to go shopping with my new budget and get some more interesting foods in. DH had a nice surprise when he complained to Lidl CS (on the advice of staff) that a coupon for £5 didn't come off of a steam mop he bought. This morning he received an email with an apology and £20 off our next shop with no minimum spend. Result! Shall use that to restock on essentials.AUGUST GROCERY CHALLENGE £115.93/ £250

katejo said:@Brambling It looks as though you have already included my tentative 1 lb loss mentioned on Sunday? If so that's fine and I won't post another result until next week. I have gone up slightly since then but think it is just a blip. I was going to post tomorrow morning but will leave it now.
