You're getting some great losses, Mollina. Really pleased for you and keep posting your menu plans. I'm getting ideas.   

I've always had a Morphy Richards BM up until now but not been pleased with the last one so we went for a Tefal one this time. We shall see how this one works out.  

Did you make your Cinnamon fruit bread? Sounds like a delicious breakfast.

I hope you're happy with your bread maker. Mine is a Panasonic and I really like it, yes I made the cinnamon fruit bread in it. I'll post the recipe if you would like it. Does yours have a dispenser for the fruit?

I'd love the recipe.  It does have a dispenser.  DH just made the first loaf, a sandwich loaf and it was so light and the texture was beautiful.  DS said the best we've had over the years so I'm really happy. It required an egg in it which is new for me. Only used that in sweet doughs before.

I envy your panny. I was in two minds to get one myself. Maybe next time.

Opps this one doesn't have a dispenser, unlike my last one.  You have to put in fruit etc when it beeps.

Thanks for that, Molinna. Is setting 3 for a standard loaf or is it a specialised setting?

All the Panasonic recipes have various numbers but I've googled it and I think it just tells the machine it has to add the raisins at a certain time. It's a medium loaf and cooks for 4 hours. When I make one I usually slice it all up and use a slice each then freeze the others in 2 x slices otherwise I would just eat it all!!

Very wise, I follow the same practice, although mine includes stopping the men folk scoffing it all in one night.    I shall find a programme thats around the same duration.
