The chart is looking great guys reflecting all your hard work 👏👏
Roundtuit I hope you get better news re your pops
SIRENS sorry the job is looking dodgy at the moment, not sure if it helps to say when I was made redundant 13 years ago after 25 years with the same employer it's not as frightening as you first think and take advantage of any help on offer with CVs etc
currently I'm trying to up my protein especially breakfast, a friend has lost 9 stone with SW but swears by a high protein diet (no shakes or supplements) including high protein yogurt for breakfast with fruit etc. I know when volunteering Friday I had a vegetable and bacon omelette for breakfast and wasn't hungry until 1.30am and then had a salmon and cottage cheese salad and didn't want dinner until after 7pm which was soup and a bagel thin. I'm not sure if I can do eggs every morning as I'm not a great breakfast fan 🥱

Morning all,
I'm back to rejoin after regaining all the weight I had previously lost (my dog passed away in June and I went on a huge binge). Taking this one day at a time.
Please put me down for 24 lbs for this quarter. I will be weighing monthly.
Good luck 🙂Common sense is not common

Morning all xx
I'm relieved to report that Pops continues to improve 🤞.
And Monday morning weigh in revealed STS - I'm guessing that the anxiety burned up the calories from the mega dose of carp that I ate on Saturday.
And breathe...
Hugs to Black Saturn.

I'm also reporting in with a STS this week. Well I had one of those marginal losses that doesn't equal even 1/2lb so we don't faff with those. I really enjoyed my food last week and had some socialising so I'm quite content with the results but now its time to get things moving again.
Food today:
1x crumpet with Easiyo raspberry & lemon greek yoghurt and 1/2 punnet of raspberries
Bowl of lentil and bacon soup
BBQ spare ribs (belated anniversary treat)
Snacks- fruit
Now normally I'd have ribs, chips and prawn crackers from the takeaway as we rarely treat ourselves but I'll just have the meat this time.
Also DH has been requested not to pile on the greek yoghurt and give me just one crumpet not two. Its like having a huge waffle at the seaside when you have two. Portion control is still under review but I think DH needs to stop dishing mahoosive portions and I need to stop eating them! It really pains me to leave food and waste it so we must work out our portion sizes. I need to loosen up, too. Its natural to sometimes feel fuller or not need the same amount so I'll have to get used to leaving food sometimes without guilt.
Exercise starts again today!

Good morning. Well done everyone.
I've had a pretty rubbish week with food. My DGS has been in hospital and we've had our DGD. I noticed I was snacking rather than eating proper meals while busy. Saturday we had takeaway as children had been promised, I could have said no but I went large instead 🙈 and yesterday we were taken out for a meal and I did have a dessert too.
Weigh in this morning was a +2lb.
This week I need to empty the freezer and have a load of veggie meals that were bought for a child that wants to be vegetarian but didn't like and of the veg burger type things, so this week, I'll try using those up and it'll hopefully help both my waist and the freezer empty.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

STS for me.
Fell into my usual 'binge between nightshifts' cycle. I did try and eat less the rest of the week but TBH it just made me feel hungry and miserable!:LOL
I dont really feel like worrying about my weight this week so Im just going to try and eat healthy and concentrate on my exercise instead....off for a run shortly then weight training this afternoon!8 -
Actually did my exercise routine! Ten minutes in total and I can hardly lift my arms from my sides now but I feel so good. DH dragged a chair in front of the tv and I managed to keep up this time with the seniors on the video. (Bit embarrassing really as I'm 61) but I did it this time all the way through.
Waffling but I'm so excited.AUGUST GROCERY CHALLENGE £115.93/ £250

Good morning everyone, well weighed in this morning and lost -1lb so I'm happy with that. The big loss last week was me cutting out sugar in tea & coffee I guess. I'm not sure how long this will last as I can't say I'm enjoying the drinks at the moment. Maybe I'll get used to it who knows.
I stuck to my meal plan below so maybe I need to start exercising a bit more.
Good luck everyone

Feeling motivated today hurray! Sun's out so that helps.
I have found an online beginners Pilates 28 day programme so giving that a go. 20mins ish each day. I think I got bored with yoga but appreciated the benefits. Hopefully Pilates will do similar. Daily walks. Hopefully re-do couch to 5k running
Food - I'm having meal replacement protein shakes for breakfast and lunch, plus a small biolive yogurt and fruit to snack. A calorie counted eve meal with lots of veg. I need to regulate my appetite again.
I like the meal shakes tbh (chemist brand rather than the main brand, also much cheaper!). It's lazy, but I don't have to think so much about meal planning, calorie counting each meal and exercising all at once! It works well for me as a kick start.
Hope everyone has a good week.7 -
