Great news about the car!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0

Glad your car passed its MOT. Mine did too and even though it's a newer car and this was its first MOT I felt nervous. The MOT person thought that was amusing but years of older cars, no money to fix them or buy a new car clearly leave scars.2

Ooo am I back? I've had terrible trouble with the site not letting me post!Nov/Dec 24 £39 564

Well that was a strange week! I could read the forum but not post 🤣 did wonder if I had been banished never to get debt free and I missed my nightly check ins quite a bit.
I have managed to stay in budget and not dip into the EF - pay day is 2 days away! I will need to pay the car tax, new water pump and sort the insurance but hopefully won't break the bank. Holiday fund is now at my target amount so next step is Banish The CCs as I am not making the progress I both want and need to.
Missed you all!!

Well done for not dipping into the EF. My payday is Monday, this paying back debt stuff really makes the months drag! I find i am constantly counting down the days each month lol.
Looking forward to seeing you making some good progress on them CC`s.
