They were 7,8,10 and 13 Jan.
Today was a spend day, as I had a fasting blood test at doctors. Afterwards I went to M*ssions for a meal and bought some fresh fruit and veg.

@Tjh1412 if your only spend tomorrow is getting the bus, you can still count that as an NSD, because public transport is one of the things that doesn't have to count, unless you want it to of course. Just wanted to say1 -

I am wondering @cathybird your thoughts on the following:- If I were to earn the money for the overspend today as MD and SFD need some jobs doing, would I be able to use this money to off set the overspend in groceries, I would need to earn £18.46 in total to pay off the credit card and off set the over spend? I'll let you know later if I earn this and see what your views are? It might not happen!1
