Lots going on with everyone.
Loving my new fridge although doesn't tell me what temperature it is so mY borrow a fridge thermometer as don't think I need to own one. Have decluttered the table but much has just been moved so will have to remember where to.
Odd bits and pieces from behind fridge and table, also lots of paper and dust so counting as 10.13 -
Was cooking last night and used some herbs. Noticed the date was expired in 2024 so went through the whole rack and half were years out of date and disposed of. I now have a whole rack free.
It looks very nice when you open the drawer!September 2017 Debt = £25330
Starting afresh.
You can do anything if you put your mind to it. x13 -
@vulpix - I think it is today that you are moving so I hope everything goes well. Hopefully J is still getting better and will be home soon. There is such a lot going on for you and your family. Hugs xx
Mrs SD - I hope the dental treatment went smoothly.Change of season with the clothes and I am doing a lot of evaluating - a small CS pile is growing! I realised that my Mark’s thermals are a good 10 years old. No wonder they look indecently thin 😂 Time for replacements! Then I will make sure I dispose of the old ones. My main decluttering continues to be food from the stores and the freezers. I am barely going out shopping at all but obviously buying too much when I do eventually get to the shops. I still overestimate how much Mr MV and I can, or should, eat. I need to have a rethink about our diet.11 -
Hi Teaparty_ Mum, Welcome. Sorry I missed you joining,I have had a lot on recently.
Mr V met a lady from the chazzer, she said don't forget us with donations when you unpack after your move!almost their entire stock for the past few years was from us!
Thank you Moorviews. Today is the day. Baby may go home and we finally move house. I hope I haven't made a dreadful mistake. Not about the house, I love the house but the road. I feel very guilty for taking the cats away from their beloved wood.
Some bits from the freezer binned last night.
I am just about to strip the bed and then let the madness begin.
I will be without internet for a bit. TTFN Vx:12 -
Hoping all goes smoothly today Vulpix & I’m sure the kitties will adapt & be ok.When we moved from our farm the different surroundings was my biggest concern (& we’ve moved 3 times since) now my stripes is a 6 dinner Sid and loves t*arting it about the neighbourhood 🤣. My little shadow however doesn’t venture too far from home, yet is just as content. 🐾
Spending time at my Ma-in-Law’s today, doing some DIY.. So paint from my stash being decluttered 😇"There's a little witch in all of us"🔮🪬🧿DEBT FREE 06/2018Mrs SD’s Decluttering 2025 ⭐️ 🥇🥇🥇13 -

Oops, forgot to post yesterday 😞 Thursday continued: We left the house at 12:10 & were out for over 5 hours. The cosmetic procedure of putting on a composite material on my teeth around the clearly visible roots (receding gums) was painless but took nearly 2 hours 😱 The teeth that were treated look wonderful 😄 I am now booked in for the bridgework next Wednesday. My bank account is considerably lighter as I paid for today’s treatment + a hefty deposit 5/9ths for next week 😥 Each of us fended for ourselves - DH had stir fry, DSis cheese on toast, me baked beans with corned beef on toast. Wudupa
1933 - 1936 Kitchen recycling, drinks cans, newspaper, plastic bottle - recycled
1937 - 1938 Kitchen detritus, part of tyre - binned
I managed to make a suitably sized pom-pom & have enclosed a picture of the completed hat with the original pom-pom 😉
Sleep tight 😴

Friday is overcast & rather dull with a high of 16°C, low 11°C & slight breeze. As yesterday’s usual sm trip was cancelled due to my visit to the dentist, DH& DSis are going shopping today, so I have written the shopping list this morning. I was going to dive straight into cheerleading but today’s mail was all for me - all SEVEN pieces 😬 so will deal with that first & come back later. Hope everyone has as good a day as possible & that vulpix’s move goes well 🙏 See you later👋

@Mrs_Salad_Dodger, I quite like the huge pompom!
Lovely colours for the hat, really cheery. I'm sure it will make someone very happy. Is this for one of your donations to homeless / charity shops?

Floss said:A box of unwanted Christmas decorations, half a bag of books and a bag of unwanted jumpers taken to 3 different chazzers today. I managed to get back home with just the Aldi shopping I needed to, so am taking that as a win!
Meanwhile - small fridge tidy done today, decided I wasn't going to get around to eating that left over bit of venison stew. And as I had to go to Taxco I took along the book I nabbed from their charity shelf for the OH, turns out he's already read it so I took it back for them to resell.
