Floss, well done with PIP, and good luck others, I know it can be hard and often have to ask for a mandatory reconsideration.
Yesterday lovely day out with old school friends - mystified how we've aged so much but still feel young - apart from creaks etc. Came home to feel overwhelmed so got 16 kitchen items in CS, cutlery and other bits.
Today cancelled my walk to focus on house and frogs as don't get time during the week.
11 small ironmongery etc
1 pen and 1 pencil
packaging
paper x2
electronic x 2 - some unsubscribing and deleting.
Frog drafted and will check in the morning.
Quite abit of tidying - I get distracted so takes time
checked batteries and ink cartridges but decided not to drop off until I can tie in with other errands.
I feel I should have more numbers but putting things in their right home takes time too.
adding 36 as just sold an item and packaged up.
my cousin is coming over next weekend for a few hours so going to try and list out categories and timescales, e.g. jewellery 45 mins and pictures 1 hour. I have lots of pictures that I want to hang somewhere but really difficult to hold them up to see what they're like in place on your own! maybe a few clothes....
@weenancyinAmerica sounds like it will be easier with the book sales going forward.
remember the tlc carriage and hope everyone starts the week as best they can.

I hope you are feeling better today Weenancy? I hope you aren't doing too much!I have kitten cuddle envy crazycatlady although I talked myself out of kittens when I got His Lordship he was 5 so no longer climbing the walls etc 😁
I second using citizen advice for the PIP form and also to remember the worst days when completing it.
I tackled a little gardening today, but I think I need to get someone in this year as it's not kind on the hip I'll check the local FB page as there were recommendations on it 😕
I picked up some books from the CS in town the week, there was a very persuasive volunteer 🫣 I'm not sure why I went in as I have too many on the too read pile and I get led astray at Petworth when I volunteer there! went through the bookcase and pulled four books to go to Petworth on Saturday.Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin13 -

Hi all. Trying to catch up with reading posts. Thanks to all who asked - kitchen almost done - one shelf missing, tiles ordered and some electrical bits to finish. I will download photos from my phone this week so will upload some. I think I will be moving stuff round for a long time. DD is coming in a couple to weeks so will go through with her. DiL helped with initially fitting it all in. Mr Sox has been very affectionate since my trip away and allows 15 minutes most evenings to sit on my chest and purr. Last night he decided to come to bed with me and purred in my ears but soon disappeared. He had been sleeping on the bed DGC4 uses when she is here so that all needed a wash. I have found a plain cotton bedspread that washes well and have covered the clean bed with that so she can just take it off. It keeps fur and hairballs off her bedding. He has dug himself a hollow in one of the front flowerbeds and sleeps there in the sun for hours. He comes in covered in dust.
I need to drop a few items at tip and go shopping then lots to do on line this week. Hopefully plumber will come to put new radiator in kitchen/diner and someone is coming to change two doors. I will do them a couple at a time but they are very old plywood now. I received ENT appointment for mid June - I need to see specialist because my hearing is so uneven between the two ears. Not sure if I mentioned I got my hearing aid which I am slowly getting used to. DGD1 linked it to my iPhone. I managed to strain my elbow lifting things and struggled to use my left arm for last few days. Much better today.
467 UK Birth certificate ordered for sister in USA - she tried herself but didn't realise she needed different index details from those on her original certificate. They do not make it easy.
468 Hundreds of emails read, filed, deleted etc
469-470 Two bags of rubbish to tip
471 Broken plastic drawer unit to tip
472-3 Two bags of kitchen stuff for DD to check through for GC's at UNI - if not needed it can go to CS
474 Large storage box to DS2
475 Plug sockets to DS2
476-485 Ten kitchen items to DS2
486 Old bread bin binned
Right I need to go out then start on my long list of frogs for this week. I have started on dusting after all the building work and managed to get some stuff out to garage for storage. Bedroom 2 is ready to go once I have finished kitchen. I have quote for plastering and hopefully it will be simple to do.

Hi all very quick catch up as I am off to visiting friend M whose husband had a stroke. Saturday I had the union meeting then on the way home went shopping for a birthday present. Did a session on the bamboo and paid my cc bill. Sunday was a bit of a lazy day but I did 2 sessions on the bamboo, 2 loads of washing on to the line but it's still there as my hands were too mucky when I came in 😁 and some more admin type stuff, road tax paid and footy season tickets renewed so lots of money decluttered 😂.
Right need to get going
Hugs to everyone who would like one
757 - 759 bamboo
760 cc paid
761 road tax
762 season ticket
763 birthday present bought
Take care everyone

Morning all. Just popping it to update after our productive weekend of decluttering and this is the only place I'm keeping track of how much we're getting rid of.
188. Old (but hardly used) suitcase donated to Suitcase Project
189. Old mower given away on FB Marketplace
190 - 273. Random bits donated to charity (clothes / kitchen bits / decorative bits)
274 - 275. Items sold on Vinted
276 - 285. Items recycled at Boots and LF
286 - 289. Old pillows donated at Dunelm
Think there's probably a lot more that I haven't tracked but think we're definitely on track for the magic 365 number this year. Our spare bed is covered in all the clothes that I want to get rid of and to be honest I think I can be a lot more ruthless than I have been.
Hugs to all that need them.

- Write a daily To Do list - only 3 tasks
- Concerted effort to sort out sleep patterns - Realistic targets: bed by 2:00 a.m. & up by 10:00 a.m
- Continue dealing with mail & email on a daily basis
- Don’t put it down, put it away + deal with mini tasks as soon as they are noticed e.g. refill olive oil pourer or salt cellar, stitch up a hole in a garment etc
- Commence ‘Operation Frog Tickling’ using the acronym - I.R.I.S. (Identify, Research, Implement, Sign Off) - One per quarter
- Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bed
A quick post to finish Sunday: the sun never did put in an appearance & it felt chilly all day. Another day of clearing down programmes from TV planner - currently working my way through episodes of Casualty. Dinner was roast pork with crackling, roast potatoes, parsnips & carrots, cabbage, Yorkshire puddings & hm gravy 🤤 Wudupa
873 - 875 Kitchen recycling, drinks cans, magazine - recycling
876 Kitchen detritus - binned
I hope everyone is having as good a Monday as possible 🤞See you later 👋

Have decluttered a small portion of our household goods into suitcases in preparation for decluttering ourselves out of the country for a few weeks. And while away I'll be decluttering my mom's house and prepping her memorial party. The OH might be taught how to declutter grass on a industrial sized ride on mower.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe and Old Style Money Saving boards.
