Hi everyone.
Hugs to those in need and really hope people are better soon.
Not much declutter at the moment other than the usual housework or Saturday morning study session with my friend.
I had a small lavender plant come in and a small one bag of compost.
I had £3 on the app for the nursery where I meet my friend so, even though it's slightly pricey,it was made the 2 items slightly cheaper.
I would have bought a bigger bag, but forgot to take the shopping trolley.
I'm going to see how I get on with the compost I have for the minute, but will probably need more.
I'm tempted to see what I can get in Lidl or Aldi.
Edit to add that the lavender has been planted in (and watered) the small bed that's by the entrance to the property.
Hopefully it will survive.
The lavender I planted last year seems to have survived.

I know you give out the award medals, however, they never show on my sig. I've removed all the info and saved a blank sig, but they still never appear - Any ideas as to why? I'm far more curious than anything else as to why they don't show? - Any answers, including those on a postcard, would be much appreciated

I couldn't find the usual ones, so improvised. I thought the cup of coffee was appropriate

@ QueenJess - You can just find them in the post from Mrs SD and simply copy and paste into your signature. - I tried that and it doesn't work for me. There's no option to save, copy or pasteDecluttering Sunday:Up early and it's light at 5.30am, which is lovelyUsual HH rubbish bin decluttering, spraying over kitchen surfaces, draining board, dish rack, and fridge freezer door and seals while waiting for the kettle to boil. A large mug of coffee is presently being decluttered with babyface having hurtled down the hallway, went out for the loo with 5 mins of fruit-loops around the garden before coming back in demanding her breakfast and is now perched on her large beanbag square looking out of the windowI'm going to try and have a nice hot shower before I take babyface for her morning walk and today I'm also going to be walking babyface 2 on the lead for 20-30 miuntes to see how she gets on after having had an op a couple of weeks ago. I've agreed to walk babyface 2 on alternate days up until and including ThursdayI've got a hectic week next week with decluttering 3 hospital appointments and 2 sets of blood tests, none of which I'm looking forward too, so I'm hoping to potter around in the garden as much as possible in between to keep my mental health in check whilst enjoy being outdoors in the fresh air surrounded by nature & babyface in tow. Best tonic ever!I've managed to keep on the decluttering listing and sales train with 2 items pre-packed with hopefully more to add today, ready to declutter along with Mr. Sains recycled packaging, either to an RM locker tonight when I take babyface for her late(ish) night walk and/or off to the postie tomorrow morning. I've got some more items scheduled to list this evening in the hope that they too, get decluttered off to a new home PRONTO!Time to get my rear end into gear, so wishing everyone a sizzling decluttering Sunday

Hi, I have no idea of where I am up to with posts. There were things I wanted to say but I am sorry, it has all just gone.
I am so tired. Didn't sleep well Thursday and Friday night nor last night either. I am not someone who can nap. Takes Hours to go to sleep then I don't want to wake up and feel ill. I think I shall sleep very well tonight.
DS and DGS visited, I did so much dinosaur roaring that my throat hurt.Decluttered 2 baby jumpers, DS's rugby training trousers, a football and a diplodocus.
And so the circus begins. We have a viewing today at 12 which I am doing. Just a tidy up and run round with the hoover to do.
Right, off for a bath. Laters Vx:17 -
Sat here laughing at Dizzycap having coffee cups instead of medals. Very appropriate 🤣
Florenceem I hope that you start to feel better soon.
vulpix I'm not a good sleeper either. When ds was small I sleep trained him to fall asleep to a certain tune so I wondered if it would work for me. I now listen to a sleep hypnosis track on my phone every night. It took a while to find one with a voice that I liked but it was worth it. I've never heard the end of it - I'm asleep by then. The bonus is that if I wake in the middle of the night I can play it again and fall asleep quickly instead of lying awake for hours.
Anyhow,,,on to the decluttering. Ds and I did a joint venture yesterday on our bedrooms. I sorted out all of my hair stuff then we changed his winter duvet to a summer weight one as he's been too hot at night. That involved a dive under his bed where we cleared out some stuff that he didn't want to fit the big winter duvet in (it's an ottoman bed). The final declutter total was 60. Oh my goodness! There's so many drawers and cupboards still to go but my bedside table now looks very minimalist - I love it.
I did three washloads yesterday (winter bedding and the clothes stash that was down the side of ds's bed). I have another two to do today - one is his oodie which needs to go in on it's own as it's so heavy and the other is one of his dressing gowns and some towels. While that's being done I am going to declutter the ironing pile then maybe do a bit more clothes sorting. This afternoon I would like to do some more Ivy removal as I didn't manage to get into the garden yesterday.13 -
