I'm finding that the app is logging me out every time I move to another screen (filling in a new payee at my bank). which is fair enough, but logging back in demands a new OTP be generated each time despite having set up biometrics. This is a serious PITA.4 -
Monmouthshire BS RS 8. I applied just now on the app and it went through after trundling away for several minutes.
I really hate the 2FA on the app!
eta I signed back in to the app a few minutes later and the account was there.

Monmouthshire BS RS Issue 8
You can add the account to your list of accounts in online banking by clicking "add account" and entering the account number (from the app)
You will get an email from Mon BS with attached letter confirming your account open and giving the new account number and details of how to make electronic payments.
CoP doesn't recognise the new account yet.

I found that too and gave up! Especially when all the documents have to be actually downloaded and then the app directs back to login.flaneurs_lobster said:

Monmouthshire RS 8. You don't actually have to download them, the system on the app allows you to proceed without doing so.Gers said:

Must have been another glitch as I couldn't progress the application. Now done it online.2 -
