    Hi CB  , house looks fantastic,  a lot of work to get things just right by the looks of it . I wouldn't let the markies test bother you , sometimes these tests catch you unawares , good luck with job hunting and letting out the room xx

    Thanks Newstart I really appreciate the comment about the house and with regards the mands test. In fairness to mands they do normally have very good staff, high calibre they only keep the best. And the reason I failed the test is because I am too serious, probably more desk jockey then customer service, that is okay with me because I would prefer a desk job, so I will strive to get this. I am thinking that I will just keep applying for roles, I think now everyone is beggining to come back from holiday that there may be more opportunities coming, so lets see and not be put off.

    As for the lodger situation I am just waiting for someone to come back to me, I have had interest today however it is not quite right, something will come I am sure of this.XX

    I have just done a quick calculation I have enough funds until end of November to find a new lodger, so plenty of time and I don't need to rush itXX
