Thank you Newstart I am giving it a go! I am up to 7/19 No spend days hopefully I will add the eighth day today lets see!? I have written another 1000 words (11K) I am making some returns and have cancelled the mattress (£349) so I should start to see the amount on credit go down!.

Interview went well today, the lady said to me you are more qualified then I am and I would be your boss, are you okay with that? I said quite frankly I would be quite glad to have a job! And that she came across well. So it looks to be promising, she said she has another interview scheduled soon, however she thinks she can learn from me, so is quite keen to work with me. Lets see she said she would let me know next week!

I have spent today however also I have sent back a lot of stuff, it was quite a good day, I had a lovely bacon butty from the local bakery, before the interview as my stomach was aching! and then today me and MD went to a nearby place where there is a lot of clothes and usually I look but don't find anything however today I found three items that all fitted and looked good, I was really over the moon!

I have made a small payment on the credit card balance £27.98, it was for some sheets however MD said she needed some and bought them from me like for like, so I chipped it off the balance. Also With refund the balance looks to be £1483.03, however these are not realised yet so I will just put in the signature £1939.22 instead of the full balance £1997.17, this is more then £27.98 because of the way I have done without the double fee, this may or may not exist, it depends on the job front really. But for now the balance is £1939.22.

All thoughts are for next week and the outcome of the interview, it looks positive. Fingers crossed.XX

Do you want to hear some good news? well I am now a credit controller (soon to be) and I start work on Monday can you Adam & Eve it? £25500PA Hybrid, potential to go mostly remote, it is what I have been after for some time. My normal pay is £28KPlus but I am accepting it at £25.5 Because I am thrilled to get a lot of other boxes ticked namely the hybrid/ remote. Anyhow it is two days per week in the office however initially full time in the office for the first two weeks! I am totally thrilled - however it has been a very strange day - I am not sure how the writing will fair whilst doing a full time role, I plan on doing some writing over the next two days, and then potentially leave it until it becomes hybrid where I may have more energy due lack of commuting.

It has been strange because I wanted a no spend day and the first thing I did was take a parcel back to the shop, however on the way I was hungry and got McDs, it was while I was in McDs that I got the call for the Job offer which I accepted straight away! this shop is about 20 miles away, when I got there they said they couldn't accept it because it was an outlet, I then went back home and tried to suss another way to send parcel back, I also had another to take back, I decided to go to the that drop off first, and none of the labels worked I was at the shop for about 1hr 30mins trying to sort it, then went to the other drop off, dropped that and came back home to phone the customer service, after much deliberating they said I could send it myself so I did and they refunded me straight away. Then Whilst this was all happening I got a second job offer, can you Adam & Eve it? Anyhow long story short I am sticking with the first job offer! I just can't beleive how weird my day has been and yet what good news has been received! I will do some stats soon, planned budget and missions.XX

Wow well done CB, all the best for Monday.I think you need a list of things to do over the weekend so you can concentrate on work and have ready dinners & work lunches etc. to hand.

Huge well done CB , you must be thrilled , once you get past the first 2 weeks in the office you will soon get into a routine . Take it easy the first 2 weeks , concentrate on work and be kind to yourself , you have been out of a routine for a while . The money is a real help for you as well I am sure xx

Thank you very much Chievely Yes I was thinking the same thing, I need to think about what to do for brekkie as I am always hungry straight away after choco pops, either keep it the same and get a snack or have something different for brekkie, either way it will need sorting and thinking on, which I will do next.

Thank you Newstart I will try and focus just on the office thank you, I am visualising a lot! As for the money, If I am relatively frugal for September I should mostly be able to pay off the credit card in full providing there are no hickups! Which I can tell you is quite exciting!

for breakfast maybe try porridge or some protein ? My son has a cooked chicken fillet for his breakfast most days - that keeps him full till lunchtime.
