I am in the middle of moving into the room my computer has already arrived here! I am tired but have only got part way, I am still not sure if everything will fit, but so far so good, I have a hell of a lot to do, I am thinking of resting now and do the rest tomorrow. All the furniture is here and it looks good I will try and photograph:

I love the new rug, which was an essential because of the floor, everything just fits, I really like the space, but will I like the bed? I'll let you know tomorrow!

All that is left to move is what is under the bed, there is not too much there I think so I think I will be able to move in all my things, I really have downsized my stuff, or transferred to other places across the flat, the next step will be making the old room look its best for piccies. I took back the new bedding as I have bedding only drawback is it is not very gender neutral, I am still considering changing this and changing the curtains as they are not gender neutral either. It is just an expense I could do without, but the difference new bedding and curtains would do would be quite good, so I am strongly thinking of doing this, but where am I going to get the money for it? I think I will have to do it, because the result will be quite good and make the room more sellable and picturesque.

Okay I have officially moved out of the big room and into the smaller one, It was a bit of a squeeze and I am not sure if my washing will fit the space I have left so I may need to do some more downsizing, but for the time being I am in! and I am pooped. Also I have ordered bedding and curtains in similar pattern from Argos / Habitat and it came to £90, so once the room is cleaned, curtains up and bedding sorted (which arrive Friday) I will put the new ad up. MD suggested grey gingham, I am not sure if it is really gender neutral or just masculine anyhow I normally get males and there are normally more males looking, so I best attract that type as well as female. Tonight I am not doing any more sorting as my body is telling me it aches, therefore I will research what price to put my room up for, I will check all the helpful tips on spare room and see how others are priced.

    Goodnight allXX

I am sticking with £625, it is the lowest amount for a room in my area, there are others priced at £750 but that is for a room in a house, there is a £650 for a room in a house but that is monday to friday. Look at the figures for £625:-

I would have £170 to pay off credit card and for saving and putting in an EF. Missions from now until the end of the year:-

    1) get lodger room ready and advertise

    2) Blitz the flat and get it all looking good.

    3) Get lodger

    4) Pay off credit card

    5) Start getting an EF together (£1K)

    6) Pay MD £280 and SFD £350

    7) Make up £1K

    8) Try and get a job! I know this should be the top of the list, But I have been trying ages to find a suitable job!

Was the night a success I here you ask @RedLipstick it almost was, I felt comfortable, but unfortunetely I decided to hop back to my double because of one small problem dust mites! It was riddled. So once my drying is done this morning the duvet is going in the wash then in my mothers garden to get some fresh air and sunlight to it, I think my old lodger kept the room fairly dark hence the nightlife! I was glad to say my double duvet was a lot less alive!

Today I need to get a lot done therefore a list is needed:-

    1) Empty full Bins

    2) Put all rubbish in bin

    3) Put roller and paint equipment on dining table in front of open window to dry.

    4) Clear kitchen and clean

    4.5) Tidy everywhere

    5) hoover everywhere.

    6) Clean bathroom

    7) Mop

    8) Sort single duvet out.

    9) Dust the double room

    10) R&R

    11) more prep for the interview

    12) Search & apply for jobs.

    But first Brekkie!

I feel very tired so I have stopped I have spent some time with MD however I have now come back and feel just equally knackered I think I will have a bit of time off now. Some bad news I didn't get the interview in the end they backed out, they are changing the role somewhat.

Wow it is official I have absolutely no job opportunities, all leads have died, all irons in fires have burnt out. There is just is a few applications sent but no real leads like before, there is a very small possibility with one job but very unlikley. All I can do now is search and apply. for the rest of the day I am taking it off.

Thanks @chievely I agree and was thinking it is now time to start applying elsewhere, therefore I have applied for a job at local M&S, it is right nextdoor and I love their food, so it is a win win! They are screaming out for permenant employees so lets just hope and see. Also I get on with all the staff that are there.

Do you want to have a laugh at my expense, I did a test to try and get the job with M&S, I was thrown by the second question and the timer got low before I figured out what to do and by the end which I was racing through once I had figured out what to do, (I was having a daft few minutes!) then I was very fast and the summary at the end said I was slow, so I don't think they will hire me!

sometime later - I have been rejected by M&S! This is lifes low point! Admittedly they do have good staff there, I just thought I was good enough to be one of them - I guess not!

Don't worry I have got back on the wagon and applied for a couple more jobs!
