I am on £1249.06/ £600 which is 208% utilised, I am on 15/12 No spend days, there is 1 days left of the month and therefore 1 days left until pay day!. I have £2000/£3500 EF which is 57% of the way there, aiming to add to that this month. Today I am hoping for a no spend day, it is too late to race to get anymore emojis but it would be good to see the no spend days rise. However if I get the cash out today for Saturdays craft fair, I wonder if it counts as spent once it is out of the bank or if it could count as spent? One for Cathybird!
I am working from home again today, and I am gonna take it easy as there is less work to do right now, I sent an email last night explaining my skills so I am hoping I get some encouraging feedback and better yet more work which was the goal. Anyhow nothing is worrying me, so I will not worry today, just keep calm and get on with it. All the best. Crazy XX0 -
I am on £1286.27/ £600 which is 214% utilised, I am on 15/12 No spend days, there is 1 days left of the month and therefore 1 days left until pay day!. I have £2000/£3500 EF which is 57% of the way there, aiming to add to that this month. Today I decided to get a few groceries to enrich my meal, by means of garlic bread with lasagne, Yum! However I feel like I am coming down with some sort of illness, I feel allright now, but sometimes it feels like I am on the cusp of illness. I think I will take some paracetamol and vit c before bed tonight.
Today has been good I had plenty to get on with and I enjoyed the day, except for the feeling of sickness plus I have a sore neck and knee, which I have an appoinment for. Otherwise just now looking forward to tomorrow...Payday!!

I am on £1286.27/ £600 which is 214% utilised, I am on 15/12 No spend days, there is 0 days left of the month and therefore it is pay day!. I have £2000/£3500 EF which is 57%, it looks like once the lodger has paid I will be able to add £1000 as I have had a tax break. Making it 85% of the way there only leaving £500 to save for next month, which is doable. I also have for tomorrow £700 in the pot for spending starting Tomorrow on the 1st November. I have gone ahead and planned all spends which there is plenty of opportunity to splash the cash and enjoy the month, also so I am organised and not go over budget. Enjoy your day allXX1

I am on £0/£700 which is 0% utilised, I am on 15/12 No spend days not including today, there is 0 days left of the month and therefore it is pay day!. I have £3100/£3500 EF which is 88% of the way there. I should nail the EF next month and then I should also be able to make my first OP next month also, I will calculate and aim for that....Starting point (04/2017) £58738.00/ Currently £47019.02 drop of £11718.98 which is 19% gone! I do feel like rounding it down to 47000 but I know a payment is due out Monday, so lets see the balance then and consider rounding down at that point!
I had a council tax refund today as well as pay day plus a tax rebate meant I could almost nail the EF, wow if only more paydays were like this!! Now for the month my first mission is to not spend any of that beautiful spending money or at least as little as possible. The spending money is for fuel and food but also pocket money.XX0 -
I have prepared a few calculations for the spending money and if I stick by the rules all should go well - one can hope: -

Lots of planned treats to keep me going and looking forward to something, I have another mission as well, each month I hope we visit a particular place and I hope to collect one item of pottery every time I go to add to the kitchen ware, there is special designs and I am trying to fill my kitchen with the stuff as it cheers me up, I need plates, bowls and small plates, I already have mugs however I could get more mugs in time. But right now just the table ware. I am quite keen, one item per month is what I will collect.
Have a good day allXX0 -
All good intentions lead to a loss in job, I am no longer employed although they said I did an excellent job, I couldn't work very well with the team leader, I should have taken the hint when they said they had been through 6 people when I first started. I still have holiday pay to come but otherwise that is it. I did stand up for myself but unfortunetly it just wasn't a good fit. So ScreX them!!
I will of course be applying for benefits again and attempt to get a new job, but considering it took a year to get the last job I am less hopeful, all good jobs are being held onto and quite rightly it is just the bottom of the barrel which is left! I didn't get any business self employed although admittedly my heart was not in it. I really want a good environment to work in and although they said I was doing a good job they didn't act like I was, it was awful. Best put behind me and move on.
I won't be sticking with my spending plans above but hoping I can last two months without pay as it takes that long to get back onto benefits, MD was less pleased to see me when I drove and stopped in at hers on the way back from dropping off the computer. So I shan't be bombarding her, she has made it quite clear which is pretty fair. I now have no job and no car living in a rural place, at least I don't have debt.
So I expect people will be thinking this is down to me, MD thinks I shouldn't have approached them about my issues, but really I need a good work environment I don't have a family so to speak, just MD, I need a good job where I am listened to and where I can get along. I hope you understandXX

I'll be honest now Beanie, I was the one to pull the trigger and now they have contacted me and this time they will talk to team leader. They said that they haven't found anyone who can do the job like me in all the time they have had the account and they said they want me. So I will go back there again on Monday. Sorry if you think I am foolish for pulling the trigger, but it was an unhospitable environment and I did say I don't like to be micro managed in the interview I am sure I did? I normally do. They said the problems me and team leader have are minor and can be resolved. So I will try. I still have a job, for now!beanielou said:What a turnaround from the team leaders words earlier in the week. Sorry to hear this.1 -
It’s so much easier to find a job whilst you are in work. I’m sure most of us would just walk some of the time but you have to rise above it. We don’t always like everyone we work with but it’s just a job. Maybe when you’ve made some more friends / connections you will be able to ride it out.Sealed pot challenge 822

While I am in work I never want to get another job, the only time where I have looked for another job and got it and moved on, I slightly regretted it and it has put me off ever since. I like to work with a company but I don't like to be micro managed not even for a day, I did say to my boss last night that I am unsure about coming back and he said just take one week at a time. So That is what I will do.dawnybabes said:It’s so much easier to find a job whilst you are in work. I’m sure most of us would just walk some of the time but you have to rise above it. I undertsand it being unwise to not have a job but equally it is not good for my mental health to stay somewhere which is having an adverse affect on mental health, I would rather be looking for another job and eating rations then stay somewhere making me ill. Lets see what happens on Monday, it still may go south. But I will try and work with them.0
