  • I would like to join again. I lost track last year as we had an absolute disaster of a year life - wise/ But  did decrease debt overall.

    I have around 10k in debt. Which somewhat horrifies me. 

    I am low- earning / self employed at the moment.
    Realistically, a stretch target of £3000 to pay off by Christmas 2025.  

    We will see! Aiming high here.  Anywhere near I’d be pleased with.

    I'd like to join this challenge to keep me accountable. I've made a plan which means I'm looking to pay off £15,000 of my debt this year. To achieve that it's going to be a tight year with little wiggle room, but that's the minimum I really need to achieve this year. And, I've at least got a plan to make it just about doable without being too miserable in the process!

    Hello, I would like to join please.
    I aim to clear 20% of all debt in 2025 (inc mortgage) which my goal will be £14,600

    Minimum payments each month will actually total £11,460, so Im actually trying to achieve an extra £260 a month.
    LBM 02/01/2021 (£52,000) + (£27,000 2023 home repairs)
    Now 05/12/2025 (£14,724)
    81.5% of debt cleared

    HSBC Mortgage = £43,630 (4.69% 105 repayments to go)
    HSBC loan = £1,208 (5.3% APR) £302/mth (4 repayments to go)
    Admiral loan = £13,516 (2.7% APR) £321/mth (42 repayments to go)

    Regular Saver = £1500/2000
    Emergency Fund = £200/2000
