Payday yesterday, first couple of payments have gone out.
#5 --- £2,429.15/£12,934.78.
More to come over the next several days. Currently 18.8% paid, so hoping the next few payments and an overpayment bring that closer to 25% seeing as we're a quarter of my total paydays throughout the year already!
Excellent progress everyone. Feels great to be part of this challenge, and one that I'm actually really trying to achieve for once.Debt @ LBM 01/11/24 - £14,161.59Debt current - £10,845.80

Monthly standing order of £329 paid out to HMRC.I have £4395 left to pay off £7881, made up of £1331 on a no interest credit card having transferred from Amex and £3064 to HMRC. So I’ve paid 44% off of my remaining debt since the start of the year.I have two more regular payments to come out each month, paying a total of £479 monthly. I’m on my 3rd NSD of the month and if my erratic income allows may pay some more off at the end of the month.5 -

The (reduced due to previous overpayment) monthly contractual loan payment of £279.69 has now been taken, though the new balance won't reflect for a couple more days yet. Pulled up a calculator, and with payments left to make and my balance in Nationwide felt comfortable making an overpayment of £436 this morning. Frustrating that the balances take so long to update - I want to see the numbers drop!
#5 --- £3,114.84/£12,934.78.
That's now 24.1% cleared - so close to 25%. Closer once the 0% CC payment goes out but still not quite there, so looks like I'll need to find an extra hundred or so to stay on track.
If it wasn't for this being the best-month-of-pay-ever in my working life I couldn't have done it. This challenge is really helping me put the extra hours in at work, and it's really helping reduce the bill 😊 Keep marching all 😎
