I've managed to clear the balance on one of my credit cards. It's not much of a payment from my last post as I had a monthly payment come out that I had forgotten was on that card. I've paid that and the last couple of punds off in full, and now one card is completly cleared! I'm so happy.
Now to focus on the big card which is my next target.
I'm now standing at#13 - £815.45/£3000
I'm hoping to sell off a bit more of my things, however I'm a bit concerned about the new tax law that affects personal sellers who sell on the likes of Ebay and Vinted, or via paypal G&S on facebook groups. I don't want to be contacted by the taxman for items that I'm simply selling to pay off a credit card debt and decluttering in the processPay all debt off by Christmas 2025 £815.45/£3,000£1 a day challenge 2025 - £180/£730 Declutter a bag a week in 2025 11/52Lose 25lb - 10/25lbs Read 1 book per week - 5/52Pay off credit card debt 18%/100%7 -

Paid off £225 overnight, out of £7881 I have now paid off just over half, with £3935 remaining. There was £110 remaining on one account and that’s now closed. Regular direct debits are set up for the rest.@ir@IrishRose12 there’s no tax on personal sellers selling things that are used items from home, it applies if you’re selling things you’ve bought to sell xx7 -
Not even a half way through but getting there! £800 sent this morning towards CC and I've now paid off HMRC. I'm PAYE but my employer messed up the calculations for 23/24, oh well!
