Halifax Reward Slow Updates

Suspect that's just clumsy/misleading application design - showing the present month and the present status of the tracker - which will not be referring to the same period on the 1st of the month.TheMod1 said:Posting proof that it shows in my account
Keep an eye over the next few days if you like and you'll probably see it go to not on track then back to on track.
I certainly won't miss the confusion this "tracker" causes constantly.0 -

I certainly won't miss the confusion this "tracker" causes constantly. As i said in my previous message after each action i checked and it updated. I only had 1 check this morning for £500 debit card spend and then i transferred in the £1500 and the 2nd check was there.100% this is up to date with the actions ive done for this month0 -

If you click “find out more” below this it reverts to the old view and though it says September progress it says last updated 31 August, so is clearly still showing August’s information.TheMod1 said:Posting proof that it shows in my account
Not on android, I presume you are using IOS?Also I saw the check box mark after each action, if it was just last month with the incorrect month it would have just had 2 out of the 3 actions marked already, not 1 action and then the 2nd action once I added £1500 to my account

The upshot of the removal of the rewards is that people don't need to ask questions any longer about the meaningless tracker

"Rewards about to expire in days" must be wrong, two of mine show 364 days and one 381.
Last month was showing rewards end in May, July and June 2026.
I won't complain if Halifax honour it though as it'll mean a few extra fivers.0 -
You've not been following? The balance of the rewards should all pay out next month so you'll receive a nice bonus.crumpet_man said:"Rewards about to expire in days" must be wrong, two of mine show 364 days and one 381.

I have been following but 364 days from now is three months more than May 2026.wmb194 said:

Ah, right. I think we know by now that most of the data displayed in the app is nonsense!crumpet_man said:
