I think Halifax would beg to differ about it being a no-perks bank account, and would describe the paltry scraps they're throwing down to us as "perks" or to use their terminology "Reward benefits". 🙄

I don't have an i anything. Android notifications stopped working months ago. Fiddling around with notification settings doesn't change anything. There was a thread about it at the time 

I am on android and get regular push notifications on transactions on all three of those banks, Halifax, BoS, and Lloyds. Something in your settings blocking them?

I have all iOS notifications turned on for both Lloyds and Halifax, and my Halifax ones also stopped suddenly about 3 months ago for me. Nothing has changed settings-wise.

I only have one notification from Lloyds turned on which tells me when money arrives in my account.  It works fine on my android.  This suggests your problem is with your settings which is why people are trying to help you.

My android notifications for lots of apps stopped working probably around the same time, know it was months ago, no idea why?  Its a Moto G84.  Strange though that the notifications all still work on my old android phone (Moto G9), which I regularly update, so I can only assume an update of some sort on my new phone (doubt its Halifax) has done something in the background that is stopping me these.  All I get is calendar notifications, alarms, whatsapp, ring bell and texts now.  Wish I could find out why they all stopped as keeping my old phone going to keep an eye on my banking notifications in case I miss anything important.

Just like the Reward Account's immediate predecessor, the High Interest Bank Account (IIRC) which kept that title even after the rate of 6.5% had plummeted down to 0.5%...;<}}

Just had notification that the July £5 reward has been paid into my Halifax Reward Account this afternoon, 12th August 2025, which is a few days earlier than last month's payment.

Thankfully there's only one more month of this to go through. It's like groundhog day on here sometimes.
