Halifax Reward Slow Updates

    If it shows as a £500 debit card payment to Monzo on your halifax online account then its done .
    For many years the tracker didnt even exist and its never been 100% reliable .

    Just paid in £1500 and spent £500 on my debit card and rather surprisingly the Halifax has already tracked both of them for September. 

    Apart from ensuring the balance is in credit for the month it looks like im all set for the final reward payment to be received in Oct

    Go to Everyday, scroll down to More For You section and my rewards is there.

    Click that and scroll down and you see the breakdown

    If anyone is having trouble with finding or using the reward tracker on the Halifax app, it is easily available by logging on to the Halifax website. My accounts are still showing the August update. I don't understand how it can have updated for September as the debit card spend won't show on the account as a completed transaction for a couple of days if done on 1st of the month.

    Are you sure the tracker been updated and you're not seeing it from last month as mine showing last updated 31st Aug.

    Are you sure the tracker been updated and you're not seeing it from last month as mine showing last updated 31st Aug.


    No defo for this month, it even states "Your September rewards progress." 

    I also checked it after each action so after I used it for £500 debit card spend i have it checked but the pay £1500 was not checked. 

    As soon as I paid the £1500 it then appeared checked.

    Im using the android app if that makes a difference

    It does as they count the day it settles.

    I used the debit card yesterday and it settles today on the 1st of month so it counts to this month £500 spend
