Hi I'm in a similar position, I was wondering if when you apply online there is an ESA50 form or any such form you have to fill out all over again to apply for the changeover? I saw it asked about health but I didn't continue on with it, so didn't know if those questions gave way to an ESA50?

    Thanks for any help.
No, the WCA outcome from when you were assessed for ESA transfers over.

How long have you been on ESA Support Group if it's from around late 2017 everyone was assessed to establish if they had an entitlement to LCWRA that was completed around late 2019 mostly done by paper-based decision. So many people don't even know this.

c)Claimants assessed as having “limited capability for work related activity” (LCWRA) are not subject to any conditions, and not expected to take any steps to look for or prepare for work. This is the equivalent of the ESA Support group. 2018

So there's no ESA50 form inside the UC forms?

Years, at least before 2014. I was reassessed a few years ago.

Don't forget assessments were suspended also so you should have been assessed for the LCWRA prior to 2019

No there isn’t. The ESA50 for is the work capability assessment form, which is the same as the UC50 form. The form you fill in when you claim UC is completely different.

I remember you saying this in a previous thread sometime ago but I’m still not convinced with your logic. I was last reviewed for my ESA just as the first covid lockdown was announced and I received my form in the post like I always did.

So I was assessed for the UC related group before changing over? I'm confused.
