3.  The defendant submitted an appeal to euro car parks initially.  The defendant vaguely remembers  the day in question as it was during the first lock down and had not been to Syston for a long time. The defendant was visiting a private premises in the Syston square precinct and contacted the person who the defendant was purchasing an item from to come and meet at the defendants car due to social distancing.

Yes the N180 DQ form is posted out to you by the CNBC in Northampton, probably in the early new year 

You will be ordered to submit a Witness statement plus add your exhibits, known as a bundle, to the lawyers and also  to your local nominated civil court a few weeks before the hearing, which Will likely be a date sometime in 2025

Clearly not, given the other 29 paragraphs of the Template Defence do in fact cover EVERY other legal point you need.  Obviously your 'defence' is everything in the 30 paragraphs you'll be emailing as a signed & dated PDF.

sorry what i meant to say is that this is all i will add into the defense template with all the other paragraps. I have read the 12 steps and all the bits on the thread so have familiarized myself with the next steps that will come my way. Hopefully they will drop it before it reaches court

my defense doesnt need to be filed sent until the 9th December. I have now amended with help from Coupon mad. Shall i print, sign and send now or wait?

If you are in the UK, why don't you change your device settings from US English to UK English?
