Claim for from euro car parks please help

sorry i am so confused. it was taking me to a MCOL website that was gov.uk based.

i am on again. Do i press begin claim or respond to a claim made against you.

The latter, but only doing the acknowledgement of receipt of the claim, nothing else 

Do not use it touch the start defence, just the AOS and then exit

Of course it does. Both those things are on your Claim Form.

it doesnt like them and keeps saying error. I am ok to submit online if i received it by post.

Yes it is 

You can email it to the AOS email address listed in post 1 in the defence template thread as an alternative 

But before doing so , try the claim reference listed on the top right of the claim form, plus the password lower down on the right 

I would suspect that the characters are case sensitive, so ensure that you observe upper case and lower case where required

I keep putting in the claim number and password that starts with a G and making sure i do upper snd lower case but it just keeps saying error occurred claim number snd password is incorrect. I know i have it right and have got someone else to do it

Email a completed copy of the AOS form then, to the AOS email address listed in the picture in the first post in the template defence thread, so email the paperwork instead
