Back in may 2020 i parked for 10mins in a euro car parks but couldn’t pay as the machine was out of order. I subsequently got fine letters that i tried to dispute through Popla and direct with them but they wouldnt have it, i even offered to send the 50p to them that it would have cost. Fast forward i have moved home and now have received letters this year from dcbl balliffs for £170. I ignored them and now have had a claim form from claimant euro carparks for £318.92 with a count court badge on the letter and loads of forms. Please help

Hello and welcome.
What is the Issue Date on your Claim Form?
Can you please show us a picture of the Particulars of Claim - with all your personal detail hidden of course.
Have you filed an Acknowledgment of Service?
If so, upon what date did you do so?
Your MCOL Claim History will have the definitive answer to that.2 -

No I haven’t done anything yet as they want lots of personal info

Having shown the world your Claim Number and your MCOL password, anyone could post a rubbish Defence on your behalf.
Suggest you hit the Report button below your post and ask MSE to delete that image. With a Claim Issue Date of 6th November, you have until Monday 25th November to file an Acknowledgment of Service, but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 9th December 2024 to file a Defence. That's almost four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service guidance.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.2 -

NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST.
Here's a redacted picture without the Claim number and unique password showing:Why not just read any other ECP DCB Legal claim form threads and copy? This isn't anything new or different. Easy to defend.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
