Hi
just had a directions questionnaire ( small claims track) but is has already been completed and ticked. The letter from DCB legal  says that the client Euro car parks intends to proceed with claim. It says the court will direct both parties to file questionnaires in due course. In anticipation of that we are enclosing a copy. 

Do I ignore and wait for the questionnaire’s?
looking at the 12 points on the newbies thread I can’t see this point.

Just working through the directions questionnaire and just need a bit of help on the new form please.
Do I complete mobile and email address as well as other contact details?
D1. I have ticked no for suitability without a hearing but not sure what to state why not?
F1. Hearing Venue - Do I put the Name Civil National Business centre on the front of the form?
