    So DCB legal have given me 7 days to respond to a email I received on the 11th April to pay a reduced amount and they will discontinue. 
    Today I have received my papers for a court hearing come through. It is on 15th July. Feeling a bit nervous but will gather my evidence etc and hope they discontinue 🙏

    update. Just had a call from DCB legal asking if i had the email and would i like to settle on the reduced amount of £100. I said no and advised that i did offer £10 on the mediation call. The lady paused and then said she would accept £10 and will close case and discontinue the court hearing. I know that maybe i could have got away with paying nothing but i was happy to pay to get it ended so it wasnt looming over me. 
    Just wanted to say thanks so much for all the help i have received on this forum. Another win in the bag

    Had email already stating it has been discontinued. Feel very relieved that I dont have the ball and chain around my ankle anymore
