Read the 2 links by coupon mad in the newbies sticky thread in announcements,  as well as the 12 steps

Your local civil court is where you want any hearing,  the CNBC is just an office,  not a court

A phone number and email address is a good idea

    Yes.
Reason - it's your local court.

No there aren't - except for basic stuff about your own availability for your compulsory Mediation Appointment, and an extra one about the Welsh language ... which I refuse to update the NEWBIES thread to coach people how to answer!

Please look again at ALL the advice in the NEWBIES thread N180 section and not just the truly ancient old link to the bargepole thread.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

thanks I think I got confused as the form looked different. Have looked again at the newbies thread and the 12 steps. It does state the following - Cc a copy of your completed DQ to the Claimant (or their solicitor if they are using one).  Their postal address is on your Claim Form. I looked on my original claim form and the claimant address is Euro car parks in London. I will send a copy to them and keep one of myself

Don't know why you sent anything to Euro Car Parks Ltd.

In a box on your Claim Form labelled "Address for sending documents and payments (if different)" it clearly states...

It says on the forum cc a copy to claimant, which I thought was Euro carparks

    No it doesn't.
You've even quoted what 'it says on the forum' in your 9:07pm post above...
Cc a copy of your completed DQ to the Claimant (or their solicitor if they are using one).
