    i have submitted on line the AOS and got a confirmation email back. Do i wait for a response or do i start doing my defence. I think i have seen a template for the defense

    Back in 2020 when i got the pcn i did go through Popla but my plea was rejected. I have contacted them to get my original statement so i can put this on the defence

    So you have acknowledged service of the claim.
    If they were to acknowledge service of your acknowledgment of service, would you then feel obliged to acknowledge service of their acknowledgment of service of your acknowledgment of service of the claim?
