    Good. Ignore.

You don't need help at this stage.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If you have received that letter, you have already defended yourself. Refer to the 12 steps for the process and your next stage.

    How would we know   ?

Look again at that Notice of Allocation. The Notice that gives the hearing date.
Probably on the second page, is there not a paragraph something like:
Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].
    Might be on the back.
Those 'documents on which you intend to rely' are your Witness Statement and evidence.

Would this be usable as evidence? This is the same location in question. Also the parking notices were issued to me 6 months before the noticed in this defence.

My witness will be sharing their blue badge image also, which will replace the image in the doc

There is also no cctv of me parking
Instead, there are 2 separate images showing me entering and leaving the private road in question.

Is that what the images show?
Or do they perhaps show a vehicle entering and leaving the private road?
Clearly there was a driver, but how does anyone but you know who was driving?

Suggest that is a misplaced use of the word 'me' in that quoted sentence and the one previous.
Be careful with what you write.    ;)
