I've just emailed over the n180, to the court and claimant, following the 12 step thread.

My next step is to work out how to provide evidence when my original mcol defense had me admitted driving the car with a disabled passenger that had a blue badge.
Evidence will enter your Witness Statement bundle in several months time, as Exhibits

The fact that you named yourself as driver probably doesn't matter
  • Thanks Gr1pr. Honestly I don't even know where I can start as I never appealed the original pcns, and they sent me a photo of the signage :(

Which is the same as everyone else here.

    Follow the 12 steps.

In particular, be ready for the Mediation phone call because right now you aren't ready. Stop blaming yourself! No offering money.  No.

You wrote that it was a private road in which you parked.  The POC state that you "failed to enter your VRM into a terminal at reception on arrival".  WAS it a private road or was it a hotel/gym/block of flats?  Was there a reception?  Was it open at that time of night.  If there was a reception desk, was there/is there a terminal.  You could revisit on foot and/or ask your friend.
  • It was just a road and no hotel/gym/flats etc. It's off a main road wheres there are shops.

The shop was open at the time.

That doesn't tally with the POC that you failed to input your VRM into the keypad in reception; if there was no reception their claim is void for impossibility.
  • The VRM was in a small supermarket that I did not attend to register.

Because the signs were not prominent.

Presumably you meant the keypad as the VRM is on your car!
  • Yes the keypad in the shop I never visited as I was not sure I had to do this on all 3 occasions.
