    Indeed, because of this I'd urge anyone in the Midlands to think about going with the County Court of Walsall.

    Indeed, because of this I'd urge anyone in the Midlands to think about going with the County Court of Walsall. 
    The judges sit in different courts on the same circuit frequently

    I had the mediation call and did not accept the offer and advised I wanted to continue to court etc.

    The mediation individual felt like she was scaremongering a bit. She mention to find Legal advice and touched on the other party having a case which surprised me.
    Just reminding us how terrible court mediators are in parking cases.

    They are biased in favour of claimants because they assume "where there's a claim, there must be a case" which is complete hogwash.
