BRILLIANT .... You had a judge who understood the scam
Highly possible the court you attended will become a graveyard for money scammers like so many others1 -
Karma comes in all shapes and sizes.
I was hoping I'd get the chance to send some real bailiffs around. 😂4 -
Excellent news, pass the details and receive the money
Amazing to think that SPS thought that they were going to obtain at least £300 in parking invoices, but have lost a minimum of £95 , probably hundreds of pounds in total

Kayce_Dutton said:I had the mediation call and did not accept the offer and advised I wanted to continue to court etc.
The mediation individual felt like she was scaremongering a bit. She mention to find Legal advice and touched on the other party having a case which surprised me.
They are biased in favour of claimants because they assume "where there's a claim, there must be a case" which is complete hogwash.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
