    They have the same deadline as you. Why would they send theirs early and allow you to pick holes in it whilst writing yours?

    Firstly thankyou for all of the excellent advice so far! I have managed to condense the WS down to 49 pages, which from what I understand is acceptable for me to send to the court and claimant via email.
