Most Some of the photos are dated 2021 - are they dated and time stamped relevant to the parking events?1

The accused breaches were May 2022, so they are not.

With the hearing in 5 days, I have just received a supplementary WS from the claimant. Is this allowed because the original order said it had to file no later than 14 days before the hearing?
Is there anything I should do like request the courts to not accept it?

As long as they have got the main one in on the deadline, either side can submit supplementary statements (or send anything to the judge, as long as the other side also receives it).
There is a risk though - annoying the judge with ping pong statements, or as in this case, saying absolutely nothing of any substance.
No idea why they bothered with this. It doesn't add anything new.1
