You can and SHOULD object to the very late extra WS at the very start of your hearing and ask the Judge to dismiss it.

So after month and months of back and fourth, tomorrow is the big day out.

I've made some notes of what to focus on. Is there any tips for those that have been there?

    As above.

Don't speak to their rep in the waiting room except "hello. No".

Great news,  great feedback,  but the alleged debt was never sold, it stayed with the claimant parking company,  they are not allowed to sell them on.  But great otherwise

Case dismissed. Will write up a summary later this evening.

As the claimant was not unreasonable in their behaviour I was not able to claim the full costs, but i was able to claim up to £95. Cheque arriving in a few weeks.
Great news! Congrats and well done you.

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

    Can't wait to read the write-up.  :)
