Well done,  a good outcome  ( but factually incorrect ,  DCBL are not involved in the court claim  )

It would have been DCB Legal,  not DCBL, so please edit your feedback post above

UKPC and DCB Legal fail again ,  Another one bites the dust  !

Well done! You won at last.

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

Be aware though that the other 3 PCNs can and will be pursued separately. They haven't gone away and this case isn't a precedent.
Thanks, hopfully they won't bother us for a while, happy to take this win for now.

Persuasive though. In any future defence you'd be quoting what happened the first time round. And if they drew the same judge they'd be in for a rocky old time.

    so, back again, sorry

Had a email from DCB Legal, they are now asking to settle 2 of the other 3 remaining pcns.

    Their email:
"To assist our Client may be prepared to settle this case. I can confirm our Client would be agreeable to £120.00 in full and final settlement of this Claim. The current outstanding balance is £340.00."

You now have 14 days from the date of this email to make payment of £120.00. Failure to make payment may result in a Claim being issued without any further reference."

    here we go again

Have a look for "Cause of action estoppel" in the forum.

Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'

From a position of enormous weakness, making their usual lexicon rather amusing.
