      October starts tomorrow for me, so my September end is in and I managed to squirrel another £260 away through round ups during the month and have ended today a whopping £650 under budget so...

      I appreciate it is still September, but all of my upfront savings for October have now gone out so this is #50 t2rry declaring £1,550 for October please

      I will check in again at the end of the month in hope of having a little more to put to it.

      I really made myself a tight target this year, my forecast for Oct/Nov/Dec gets me to £19,530, just £470 shy of my target BUT I have a pay rise and some additional income that should land at the end of October, which should get me over the line but only time will tell!

      Back from hols and a quick tot up for September is underway... £514.11 - very low but on track
      Save £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £10,020.92 out of £6000 after September
      OS Grocery Challenge in 2025 I am at £2234.63/£3000 or 74.49% of my annual spend so far (not going to be much of a Christmas at this rate as no spare after 9 months!
      I also Reverse Meal Plan on that thread and grow much of our own premium price fruit and veg, joining in on the Grow your own thread
