On the other hand, they might be offering a deal only available to people who don't hold an account already.

I don't know whether they allow you back if you close your account now. I would ask them if I did consider this.

Also, I would probably wait a couple of months, as they have said they will join CASS, the current account switch service later this year, and the Biscuit might come in handy for this

I don't have a current passport or driving licence so my application for a Biscuit account failed in the spring. I have since received this email though with an odd address asking for personal info. Can somebody confirm this is fraudulent please.

They're quite an obscure outfit, so it's unlikely to be phishing. I've strengthened my email password, though I can't strengthen my phone number (2FA was set up).

This one looks authentic though, despite the rather odd 'Heads up' greeting. I did actually reapply last night (via Google Play, not the email link) because I now have Android 16 ( maybe electronic verification was compromised by the older OS I was using for the app). I was quite surprised to discover they think I already have an account!

I would be interested in the biscuit account just for the free cafe nero drink each month for me and other half. Any advice on minimum I need to put in to get the perk?
