That screenshot is different to the one on my app, the flash about the RS remaining is missing.

Do wonder if the fact that I 'renewed ' the RS at the end of last week is the difference?

I use the Zopa account for a DD to pay my pension contribution, so an extra £24 will be welcome. I don't really use the account for anything else, just move money from one of my savings pots the day before the DD is due. Shame the RS is going.

How weird! I don't know why there's a difference. Might be as simple as different platforms - I am on iOS, are you on Android?

My 12 months RS has a couple more months to run. I think it would probably be breaching the T&Cs of your RS if they just stopped it - but then, there might be a break clause in your T&Cs, I just don't know….

    Yep, on Android.

No real desire for the new 'benefits' (Cafe Nero's coffee is mediocre) and prefer my cashback in one lump.

Re the DD benefit: I am on the old benefit package (2% on £1500 DD/yr). In July 2026 after the 1yr anniversary the clock started again and I already bagged 2% cashback on about £1.2k DD (so about £24). Can I sort of double dip if I switch to new benefit 3% on £150 DD/mth and immediately get cashback, or will Zopa figure out and restrict me from switching to this benefit [until June 2027] ?

I was planning to try, but now my "switch benefits" button has disappeared

Same with me, I'm hoping they don't chuck me off the £3k 3%
I have no use for the coffee or even their RS.

Oh you're right ! I saw the Switch Benefits button last week, clicked on it to see what was on offer, did nothing then. After seeing your post I just checked again and indeed it has vanished. I'm stuck now on the old benefits. So that's my question settled.

My anniversary year is November so I've already got the full £30 for this year. I did the switch this morning to 3% DD and it says it will start from 3rd September. You can apparently switch in and out of the benefit, so if for some reason you want to swap for the 3% on dining out one month, you need to swap in advance of your 'monthversary'. Whether I will get the extra DD money before November, I've no idea, but there wasn't any reason for me not to swap at this point.
