Zopa Current account

Can any one with a Zopa account with active direct debits advise me where to look once they are set up!!

Click the Double Arrow 'Payments' at the bottom of the screen, mine then lists Payees and Direct Debits

Can I ask what Virgin said in respect of this? I've just setup a direct debit for my credit card.

I'm on a 0% promotional offer so need to make the minimum payment every month until the balance is cleared I pay extra by DD. The email informed me that the payment had failed and that if I didn't make a payment by 23rd February I would loose the offer! I quicky made a manual payment and cancelled the DD set up on Zopa and moved it back to my "normal" current account

thanks for that  app must have updated as the double arrow "payments" was not there yesterday....I've just been informed by Virgin Credit Card that my promotional offer of 0% has ceased and ill be charged a late payment fee and charged full interest nothing like this has ever happened to me before. I've appealed against their decision  now waiting on their reply...erm Zopa have a lot to answer for !!

My DD to MoneyBox was meant to leave today (according to the notification in Moneybox app). It's still in the Zopa current account. Any idea when it would be taken or is there a glitch?

The exact same happened with my wife. There is a prolonged process from when it is being taken to when it is actually taken, visibly leaves and once it arrives there's a delay before you can withdraw it. However at the end of it all 30 quid cashback will appear in a few weeks assuming you did the full £1500.

In my experience moneybox DDs are debited from the current account on Mondays but the app states the date is the previous Wednesday so I would expect the funds to leave Zopa on Mon 3/3/25.

My DD left Zopa on Monday 24th Feb. It shows in the Moneybox app, but it is waiting to clear, which will be tomorrow (Thursday)
