    Morning

Feeling okish this morning, had a good nights sleep and some dosh has gone into my bank today that I wasn't expecting till Monday so all the worry about how I'm gonna heat and feed everyone till then has lifted, phew!

Cleaned the bathroom yesterday evening so that's gleaming for a change, gonna tackle littleys bedroom today it's still not how I'd like it from when we/she did it the other day but I'm wondering whether it's worth it seeing as she'll trash it again, maybe it's best left for a proper clean when she's back at school  I might just potter in there and do the bedding.

Giving DD1 a lift down town @ 9am, littleys coming back approx 9.15 hope I make it in time, no credit on phone so can't let them know I might be out. Then littley's got a party this afternoon so need to find and possibly iron something for her to wear.

Need to find something to amuse myself in the evenings, I'm so used to OH coming round I feel a little lost in the evenings now once the kids (well littley) are in bed and I don't particularly want to be watching the box all the time, maybe I'll come online or read a book

    Anyway, list time:

    S&S kitchen
    sweep through
    make master bed
    strip littleys bed
    empty hw bottle
fill DW with any stray dishes then switch on.
    Look for a job
whatever else I fancy doing through the day - if anything lol
put xmas decs away (still not done)
    buy gas/elec
    put credit on phone
make a small shopping list to see us over the w/e
    go to Asda
bring bin in (it's still out  )
    WM x 50 million
    take littley to party

    Morning all

Just checking in for the first time since I said I was back on the FLY wagon.

Not been able to do much this week as we are decorating this week in our hall so there are tools and "stuff" everywhere.

So am going to spend today just trying to generally square up and start proper FLYing next week.

Oh and we're going have to take DS out to play in the snow. It'll be his first experience (14m) so I'm looking forward to his reaction...

Off to catch up on the thread now... Have a good day FLYing

    Happy Birthday lil_me's DS x

I'm so glad my kids never woke up that early lol must be in the genes :D getting them to sleep in the first place is another matter though, littley hasn't been getting to sleep till at least 11pm all holidays

DD1 just phoned to say OH's taking her down town so I don't have to, felt my stomach go when she mentioned him had a pang of upset if you know what I mean. I'm now dressed, bed made.hw bottle emptied, DW filled and on just a quick wipe of the benches now then the kitchen's done.

    Brew time......

    Morning ladies

Well, my last weekday holiday day. Today I need to:
    • Go to physio
    • Deliver books to accountants (as you would expect, in a diametrically opposite direction from my house to the physio!)
    • Find some fresh veg from somewhere other than a supermarket
    • Contemplate doing self assessment tax return (needs to be done by 31st Jan)
    • Pay cable bill

Finally Friday - those terrible kids rooms and spare rooms
As DS is over the age of 21 and has a wife - I don't do anything in their room so I get off lightly today I think. DD's old room is now an extra sitting room so I shall concentrate on that
    Level One
Vacuum Floor (even if it's just where you can see)
    Level Two
[STRIKE]Strip beds, vacuum mattress and replace with fresh linen[/STRIKE] N/A
    Level Three
    Dusting and cobweb checking
Put anything back in it's place that isn't where it should be
    Extra Mission Task Choices
    • Time for the Friday Flylady Fling, aim for 27, if you can't find that many, well done, you are obviously making a difference
    • Sort through some toys/books/clothes even if it's just for 10 miutes, making sure any broken ones are dealt with/flung, dirty ones get wiped/washed before putting them back and anything that should be parted with is.
    • Clean kids rooms windows (check the curtains etc while you are there to make sure they don't need cleaning/wiping)
    • Wipe any sticky marks off doors and walls in the kids rooms, may aswell wipe the lightswitches and handles over too
    • Spend 10 minutes sorting paperwork, filing or flinging

I'm up, I'm awake under extreme protest.

DH has gone back to work today, so a day for me and charlie to be together without a car. I've decided today is the day to make him less babyfied as i am now finding it quite hard to lift him about all the time. It started with him laying on the chair to feed himself his bottle rather than sitting on one of our knees to do it. That left us free to wake up in peace. He can walk upstairs in a minute to get his bum changed. Let's see how that goes. ;)

Anyway, i can already scratch a couple of things from the list so i am doing that now, and then going to get ready. Determined to get out for a bit this morning for a little walk.

How is your back this morning Michelle? any better?

I've put the decs away in a fashion, I just flung them to the back of the understairs cupboard and didn't care how they landed, been tripping over them since NYD so just wanted rid. Swept the hallway but it could really do with a clean aswell but that will definitely wait till the kids are at school, no point at the moment.

I'm feeling very chatty today, hope no-one minds the copious amounts of drivel I'm gonna post. :o

I'm off the sweep the living room.......
