They’ve had to manually give me the 10% for this direct to my bank account. I won’t be using ESSO again as part of this offer!!GalacticaActual said:
I’ve just checked my Esso credit card transaction and it shows as PFS @ MFG.cheekydollarJ said:Mine was credited but didn’t get the amount expected. Was told a transaction at ESSO but billed as MFG (ie motor fuel group) was not eligible! Helpful person on their social media team is investigating for me.
Hopefully you will get it resolved 🤞

I live in hope! Must admit I feel I've been doing pretty well out of this card, especially given I only took it out in the first place for the initial £25 cashback for spending £100, not really intending ever to use it again.Hopefully you’re just as lucky with the Ocado pass.
However, Sainsbury's is usually the cheapest petrol in my area. I've been particularly enjoying putting in a small amount of fuel there, then popping across to the store to use the £4.50 off a £30 spend coupon they've given me at the filling station. Thereby effectively completing two of my five required monthly transactions in a single visit.

Did anyone try Costco (groceries) and if so did it work?
I can confirm the Costco PFS worked.0 -
Can anyone confirm whether transactions at Lidl and Aldi count towards the offer as per earlier in the thread? Didn’t get my invite until late October so not expecting any cashback until mid-December.

They do. I had about £200 spent in Lidl and Aldi and £300 spent on other qualifying transactions in Oct and got the full £50 cashback.Reg_Smeeton said:Can anyone confirm whether transactions at Lidl and Aldi count towards the offer as per earlier in the thread? Received my cashback for all transactions. This included all main supermarkets including Aldi. Good to see Costco counted for someone last month as I have a large transaction this month from Costco, which should count for Nov cashback.0

Does anyone know if Uber transactions are eligible? I use them for booking train tickets (because of the 10% Uber credit) and it would be really nice if the two offers stacked... The T&Cs say taxi spent counts so I would have thought so.0

Haven't had mine yet - but online chat agent said there were some delays to some payment - but assured me I'd get it - so will wait and see.1

I just had an online chat agent tell me i won't recieve my October cashback until 15th Dec. They said because I opted in late in Oct it will not be processed this month and I will recieve it at the same time as the November cashback.cymruchris said:Haven't had mine yet - but online chat agent said there were some delays to some payment - but assured me I'd get it - so will wait and see.

I was always using the hsbc credit card before this offer so not sure if this means I got it quicker.0
