I went on live chat and despite initially giving some vague non-committal answers, one of which was to wait until 15th December, they did eventually say it would definitely show in the account by the end of today. They might have just been fobbing me off though.0

Not a penny for me either. I use the card for daily spending anyway, but annoyingly I forgot when paying the service charge on my debit card.0
