    Not yet.

    My October cashback was credited on 16/11/2024.
    My November cashback was credited on 11/12/2024.

    Hopefully the final cashback for December 2024 will be credited towards the end of this week.

    Not yet. November was paid on the 11th of December, but October did not show until 16th November.
  • got my November cashback on 11th December, nothing received for December yet - should be getting about £40, if it does not get paid the card is getting cleared and closed - very vague the email's advertising it

    I got my £50 cashback for December. Woohoo!

    I had another go at chasing down the October cashback I still haven’t received. Another round of back-and-forth about what the T&Cs say. Advisor told me that cashback calculation is based on the posted date not the transaction date. T&Cs clearly state "Qualifying spend will be calculated on on the transaction dates shown on your monthly statement." Advisor to flat-out refuses to acknowledge the contradiction! And even if they were correct,  i still have would made the minimum number of purchases required to qualify regardless. Eventually got another promise that I will receive a callback from the complaints dept (i never did last time).

    Its a good offer and I'm grateful to receive what I have, but the lack of consistency and randomly contradicting their own T&Cs is annoying.

    I've now begun the process of a formal complaint - Nothing received in terms of any cashback at any time throughout the whole promotion. I chased them regularly through this period - to be continually told all will be ok - then yesterday the rep stated - ah but you have two cards - this promotion only applies to the one you haven't used - not the one you have used. I asked where did it state which card to use - it didn't. I also stated that the promo was a simple opt-in and the clear message of 'use your card' - and not 'use your card with this card number'. So she's gotten the ball rolling for an investigation - a waste of my time - but I won't be letting it go.

    Good luck! Their customer support are blatantly making it up as they go along. 

    For the amount of cashback I'm owed i don’t think its worth my time and energy chasing further, but if you’ve had no cashback at all and you’ve jumped through all their hoops, id definitely push it further.
