It took a couple of weeks or so for mine to start acting consistently, I now get usually up to the previous day, but never data from the current day.
i also dont know if it would have been working at all if I left it alone, the CEO took a personal interest on my issue, and had two calls with TE as well.1

For those who care, Tomato's accounts have finally been filed, though not yet available to download. Parent company Senapt's are still awaited.

I think that only takes then til Dec 2023 so won't really give anyone a good picture of the main year when everyone joined them.masonic said:For those who care, Tomato's accounts have finally been filed, though not yet available to download. Parent company Senapt's are still awaited.0

There were several who raised the issue of them being overdue when the deadline expired at the end of last year as a big red flag against the business (one commentator speculated, perhaps in jest, that the reason might be that they couldn't afford to pay the auditors). I don't think even the 2024 accounts would be informative. At this stage substantial losses would be expected, and without knowledge of the capital resources available to the business there is no way to put them into context.TroubledTarts said:

My usage has shown on myWatts from the day after I switched (Jan 28), can't see any gaps & agrees with Bright App for every day bar 1. For today's usage, I can see up to 1430.Chrysalis said:WBCPB said:Has anyone seen any actual consumption data on the overview-consumption page of MyWatts?, mine is still "Your data will be available soon"

It's true the old account won't give us a heads up they are in trouble as they are too far in the past.masonic said:

Does anyone know if they are well backed or not like Octopus were when they started out?0

Octopus sent me a bill up to, but not including their last day. Then a final bill arrived yesterday for 1 day's usage for 26 Jan, the day before my switch.masonic said:Others have reported receiving an estimated bill for the period up to but not including their last day. This is not a final bill. Same happened to me but Octopus took a smart reading so it was correct. I am still waiting for the final day to be billed.
@QrizB suggested my final bill may be an estimate because the figure shown included a decimal - all my bills from Octopus show readings with a decimal e.g. 5069.7 & all say smart meter reading next to the figure.
I can see Octopus didn't use the actual meter reading supplied to them by the letting agency when the previous resident moved out. Maybe that was a delay from the agency?
I've given Octopus a meter reading from a week after the switch that is lower than their closing reading on my final bill & asked them to recalculate.0

Someone else reported the same regarding an esitmated final bill. This was later replaced with an actual bill using the final reading.JKS$( said:

I doubt they will be. They'll still qualify for an audit exemption (probably on all three criteria for that year) and the last set were unaudited.Doc_N said:
I'll be very interested to see whether they've been qualified.masonic said:For those who care, Tomato's accounts have finally been filed, though not yet available to download. Parent company Senapt's are still awaited.
