Early days, I guess, but no usage data in myWatts, yet - is there anywhere else I can/where best to access my smart meter data (without a smart phone)?0

If you have another smart device like an IPad you can download the Bright ap which will show you usage data and cost. MyWatts has become more unreliable recently but you should be getting something by now.1

My swap went through today, used to be on Octopus agile but had to take the chance to fill my batteries at 5p kWh overnight. When i checked my mywatts this morning at 8am it was already showing my usage....14kWh for 70p.....so glad i took the plunge, hopefully Tomato survive and give Octopus some competition so when the 12 month fix ends i can grab another super cheap deal!!2 kWp SEbE , 2kWp SSW & 2.5kWp NWbW.....in sunny North Derbyshire17.7kWh Givenergy battery added(for the power hungry kids)3

CS focused staff won't be much help in fixing software issues, though CS is another area Tomato will need to address at some stage. I've given them a free pass on that one for now.The issue with MyWatts is it is new and clearly didn't undergo a great deal of testing prior to launch (given the adopted SMETS1 issue, the half hour offset, and reliability issues even with SMETS2). Real world use is bound to show up some issues, but there is still work to be done many months down the line. They really need automated systems to be put in place so that manual intervention is not needed, as this will be costly for them. This does not seem like an insurmountable challenge, so I would be surprised of these issues persist for very long.2

Ironically MyWatts is working fine this weekend for me as well but on several weekends recently it hasn’t.
