Tks for the informative answer in partic re my second point. Can I infer from that that MyWatts is particularly integrated with Tomato, but is something one wouldn't normally run alongside other programs such as Octopus?
If Tomato and MyWatts speak the same language that should (you'd think) make it simpler to sort out techno-commercial glitches such as we read about.Telegraph Sam
There are also unknown unknowns - the one's we don't know we don't know0 -

So they are billing 2330-0000 at off peak, instead of 0000-0030
I've just checked my Mywatts, it still hasn't been fixed and is half hour out0 -

Is there a way to switch to them and get some incentive like cashback or account credit?
MSE energy club doesn't list them0 -
There is no cash incentives to switch to Tomato Energy. They seem to be going for organic growth and offering low prices, and they are not paying comparison sites to offer a switching service. Not yet anyway!1

A little off-topic but is it possible to add a second site to the Bright app?0

Tomato seemed to have sorted the problem of timing being out by 30mins. MyWatts is back to updating every 3hours is showing the correct rates being applied to each 30min slot. They also have altered consumption and charges historically. I don’t yet have full figures for the last couple days as several slots remain blank.2

Actually, I think there are a few slots that still look wrong, are they recalculating these manually!1 -
