Mine started appearing the day after switch. And since then I only ever get it the day after (not a problem for me, but I think some do get same day data)SVts said:

Up and running this morning 2nd December

However no data showing until 18:30 1st December. 00:00 - 18:30 free electricity?
Also I still have gas with E.ON but the E.ON app is not showing and data at all from 1st December onwards.
The Bright app shows my electricity tariff as that of E.ON. This likely to update itself to show the Tomato tariff?
The smart meter display in my hallway installed by E.ON only now displays the gas used. This display likely to update and show both E.ON gas and Tomato electric?
Thanks

Good news your MyWatts is working. It took a day or so in my case to update regularly every 3hours and fill in the gaps. I don’t use the Bright app nor rely on the IHD for costs as it doesn’t seem to handle TOU tariffs.1

I'm notionally switching today. I got an email asking for an opening reading with no web link or indication of how to submit it. I sent it in an email reply.tlcgrantham said:Good news your MyWatts is working. It took a day or so in my case to update regularly every 3hours and fill in the gaps. Initially myWatts displayed under "tariffs": "You have 0 live tariffs at this property". Last night, after midnight, it displayed my tariff, but sometimes it goes back to "0 live tariffs" - particularly when refreshing the page.

I just ignored the request for meter readings, with a smart meter it's unnecessary and I end up giving the wrong reading anyway.bob2302 said:

If you go to the bottom of the page on MyWatts on the left there is a heading “meter readings” where you can enter your reading.0

My past data (switch mid October) has been fixed (30 mins issue) so now I can see the actual costs and usage in myWatts.
Regardign Saving Sessions, as Tomato is unlikely to do it, anyone knows which extra apps do it? I have Hugo but it looks like they only do it on Pro Paid version of £35 a year
