Not me either, though I did get an email saying it was on its way and would be rolled out to all users in the 'next few weeks'.

Google Play has new icon and screenshots but won't let me update yet. Presume it's 'any day now'...

Updated earlier, app wouldn't authenticate my device for a while after updating kept coming up with app launch failed check your internet, nothing wrong with my internet, rang them, it decided it suddenly wanted to work while I got through to someone, the person didn't seem to care about my experience, the fact I've never had issues after updating before, the fact before getting the new update they've already had logon issues recently etc.

Guy was like sometimes it won't authenticate etc, so clearly knew others were experiencing the same 

He was also like we can't go back to previous version, higher up etc.

On a minor note it's the afternoon and the app is saying Good morning.

Clearly Lloyds/Lloyds Bank or whatever they want to call themselves have got things to work on.

On a more positive note the layout of accounts looks a lot better on the new look app, I can see more of my accounts without scrolling.

Using Android btw.

I was expecting a lot more green tbh, text is black with white boxes on summary etc tabs.

On further inspection of the "new" app, there's more green/new green available, eg the apply->savings pages haven't changed, the card section shows bright green cards when selecting view card details

Recently switched to lloyds and the app had been working fine until yesterday.
Now its stuck on authenticating loop. Maybe 1 in 100 times it will randomly let me log me in. Strangely if i re-install and register the app it logs me in fine but then after next launch its back to authenticate loop. Tried thumb scan and password. 
Have re-installed app, cleared cache etc , called lloyds technical but they was useless.

If anyone got a fix or suggestion let me know. I am on IOS 15.8.3 (my max update) so should be fine as i thought 14+ was ok.
I can log in via desktop pc and was working before yesterday so not sure whats up.

I haven’t had this issue but I did read something to say that they were doing maintenance recently so maybe it has something to do with that.

My app updated overnight. I have to say I don't like it (not a massive fan of change generally). 
I have had my Lloyds account for decades but this is the push I need to do a switch at the next paid opportunity. Don't really want to, but I can't use the new app, it just doesn't look or feel nice.

Shame the Lloyds New Look APP persistently has 'We're experiencing technical issues at present. Please try again later' messages whenever you try to log in. I'd rather have the old style look that worked, personally.......

My iPhone has all the latest updates and so does the Lloyds App, still as bad as ever and even more difficult to use...........
