Just got the new Bank of Scotland update. Not a massive change but do definitely like it. Feel like the home menu sections could do with some tidying up, but that might just be because I'm not used to it yet. Feel like it is an improvemen, although do miss the mountain loading screen when logging in!

Does it look the same as the Lloyds one now?

I think so. Different colours and icons to match the different brands, but the layout is basically the same from what I can tell

This is the homepage of the updated Bank  Scotland app by the way. Don't know why I didn't leave a screenshot before

Thanks for posting this. It looks similar to the Lloyds app.
  • When it come to taking screenshots - it is strange how some banking apps  like Lloyds Banking Group allow you to take screenshots and some don't like Santander or Nationwide.

For a short while last year Lloyds/BoS/Halifax disabled screenshots but lots of people complained and it was reenabled. It's seen by some as a security risk.

And the Lloyds app (assume the other LBG apps are the same) doesn't let you take screenshots when 'sensitive' data is displayed (like revealing the card PIN).

Why is it a security risk?
