New Lloyds Bank app

The new Halifax app is nearly here, apparently. It will probably be similar to the new Lloyds Bank app, released a few months ago. 🤔

I had a notification in the app late last year about a refresh but this splash screen popped up this morning when I checked my Halifax accounts:

I couldn’t find post about Lloyds new logo lol 😂 

but with the Lloyds Re branding with new logo etc I haven’t got it on my Debit card as ordered recently came as old design, online banking is still old style & my statements don’t have the new logo yet

I got a notification in the Halifax app too. I just use it as a spare account but I'll be interested to see how the updated app compares to Monzo.

I updated my BOS Android app earlier and got same style messaging, guess Halifax is on the way for me also

Don't expect any major changes. The new Lloyds app isn't a lot different to the old Lloyds app.

Nothing yet. I had another full-screen notification when I opened the app on my iPhone yesterday to say they’re having a makeover soon, complete with an image of a paint tin and paintbrush. Can’t be too far off releasing the new app, I guess.

Be great if they could compete with the likes of the monzo app etc but I doubt it.

I haven’t even had that but hopefully the app is rolled out to us all very soon.
