New Lloyds Bank app

The app was updated the other day and just has Lloyds on it as well. I’m not sure I like it to be honest. I preferred when it said Lloyds Bank. It just doesn’t look right.

They have also changed the font as well on the app

It is a big thing. Brands can be powerful, same with advertising.

When a bank changes there logo style of debit/credit cards or bank statements I always like to have the latest design etc! E.G I order new debit card just for the design I must be mad

A few days ago I caught a few minutes of a new (fairly bad) quiz show on TV. Can't remember the name but one of the questions was a picture with "Which company has this logo?" and no-one knew the answer, which was Chase Bank. The contestants then all said that they have never seen the logo or heard of the bank. I wondered if anyone from Chase marketing was watching, given that they are currently advertising like crazy on TV. Maybe time for a different logo...

I don't mind the new app just as I didn't mind the old one. It seems to do everything I need.
